Sign-up to protect your purchase for the lifetime of the product beyond the standard 1-year warranty.

Blu Element Smartphone Screen protector and Cases: Blu Element warrants the product for the lifetime of the original device for which the Blu Element product is used with or applied to. “Lifetime of the original device” means as long as the device for which the product is used with or applied to, continues to be used by the original purchaser, Blu Element will continue to warrant the product against wear and tear.

All other Blu Element Accessories: 1 year from the original date of purchase of product by a customer from a Blu Element-authorized dealer or web-store.

What is not covered?

– Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use

– Breaking of screen protection caused by drops

– Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose

– Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance

– Products that has been modified or altered

– Any product that is not manufactured by Blu Element (including, without limitation, any non-Blu Element product that is used in connection with the Product)

– Replacements are only covered by the standard warranty for that product from the date of claim.

Please note that no refunds will be done.

How to make a warranty claim

To proceed with a lifetime warranty claim you will need to provide your proof of purchase and two images showing the problem. To make a claim visit: https://www.bluelement.com/pages/blu-element-warranty

If the same product is no longer available at the time of the claim, a coupon will be issued for the amount original purchase price to be used on the Blu Element web store.

Blu Element makes no other express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law and specifically disclaims and excludes all implied warranties, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If such disclaimer of any implied warranty is not permitted by law, the duration of any such implied warranties is limited to the durations set forth in this limited warranty. The applicable limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blu Element or its authorized suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the Product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, or loss of use of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, even if Blu Element has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Blu Element has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property that are in the Products, including, without limitation, laptops, cell phones, smartphones, tablets, or handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of Blu Element and any of its authorized suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Product.
